Tata Technologies Buys Germany’s ES-Tec Group for €75M

Tata Technologies has acquired 100% stakes in ES-Tec Group (Wolfsburg, Germany) for €75 million (≈ ₹775 crore), payable over two years including performance-based earn-outs. ES-Tec (300+ employees) specializes in ADAS, connected driving, and digital engineering. The acquisition boosts Tata’s European presence, enhances its engineering R&D capabilities, and is expected to be EPS-accretive from the first full year.
