TCS Dismisses Report of Losing M&S Contract Due to Cyberattack

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) refuted a report claiming it lost a $1 billion Marks & Spencer contract over a cyberattack, calling the claims "misleading." TCS stated the IT service desk contract ended after a regular competitive review process initiated before the April cyber incident. The company remains a strategic partner, continuing its other engagements with M&S.
