The Tech Tools Fueling ICE’s New Deportation Crackdown
ICE is deploying a suite of surveillance technologies to ramp up deportations under Trump’s presidency, using tools like Clearview AI for facial recognition, Paragon spyware for mobile device access, and Palantir’s data-analytics platforms (including an “Investigative Case Management” database) to track individuals’ immigration status, physical traits, visa details, location, and more.
