Ubisoft Reportedly Cancels Prince of Persia Remake as Internal Development Fails
Ubisoft has reportedly cancelled the long-awaited "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" remake following a disastrous development cycle. Insiders suggest the project, initially led by Ubisoft India, suffered from significant technical hurdles and internal restructuring. Despite multiple delays and a studio handover to Ubisoft Montréal, the title has been scrapped to streamline company resources.
