AI Financial Corp—closely linked to the Trump family's World Liberty Financial crypto venture—sold its Canadian subsidiary, ALT5 Sigma Canada, to New York-based Prime Delta. Under the SEC-filed agreement, AI Financial receives a $12 million secured promissory note and approximately 11.6 million Prime Delta shares. The transaction follows the breakdown of previous sale talks with fintech firm Perpetuals.com weeks earlier.
