Aussie Investors Tap In: Anthropic Plans Local Retail Share Offer Ahead of Nasdaq Debut

AI startup Anthropic is expanding its upcoming U.S. Initial Public Offering (IPO) to include an Australian retail share offer. Commonwealth Bank’s CommSec and Macquarie Group have been selected to lead the local offering. The move gives Australian investors early access to the Claude developer’s shares ahead of its expected public listing on the Nasdaq.
