Former Tesla Executive Drew Baglino Launches Heat Pump Startup Sadi Thermal Machines

Former Drew Baglino has launched a stealth heat pump startup called Sadi Thermal Machines, his second venture since leaving Tesla in 2024. The startup reportedly employs several former Tesla engineers and aims to apply automotive thermal-management expertise to home energy systems. Baglino previously led Tesla’s core energy technologies and is also CEO of grid-tech startup Heron Power.
