Alibaba Unveils Zhenwu V900 AI Chip as It Targets 20GW of Data Center Capacity by 2032

Alibaba has unveiled the Zhenwu V900, which it says delivers three times the performance of its previous AI chip. The company plans mass production in Q1 2027 and aims to expand Alibaba Cloud’s global data-center capacity beyond 20GW by 2032. Alibaba is also developing AI models with up to 10 trillion parameters.
