Logistics Unicorn Shiprocket Files $282 Million IPO Papers

Logistics and e-commerce enablement startup Shiprocket has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) for a ₹2,342 crore ($282 million) IPO. The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹1,100 crore in new capital and an Offer For Sale (OFS) by existing investors like Tribe Capital and founders. The company aims to use the funds for technology and marketing initiatives.
